Refund & Replacement Policy
At Freedom Nutrition, customer satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and want every order to arrive correctly and in excellent condition.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of consumable health and nutrition products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened products, products purchased by mistake, or orders where preferences have changed after purchase.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is entered and results in delivery issues, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Unclaimed or Refused Packages
Orders that are refused, left unclaimed, or undeliverable due to customer-related circumstances may not be eligible for a refund and may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Freedom Nutrition reserves the right to review all claims and determine eligibility for refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis.
